3 Bedrooms with double beds, 2 with tea/coffee making facility, fridge, & comfortable seating (as per plan). Sleeps 6 with maximum 9.

3 en-suite Bathrooms with shower, wash basin, WC.

Additional guest bathroom.

Towels and linen supplied. Cleaning maid calls weekly.

Montenegro is subject to severe water shortages during high season. However, all our apartments are equipped with an automated backup fresh water supply.

Booking: Our normal policy is to accept 20% by bank transfer as booking deposit, with the balance transferred four weeks before the commencement of your stay. For bookings less than four weeks ahead, the full amount is payable upon making the booking. In exceptional circumstances, we can accept cash on your arrival, when the keys are handed over.

Cancellations: If you cancel your booking giving more than four weeks notice, the 20% deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel your booking with less than 4 weeks notice, we will endeavour to fill the period of your booking with other clients. If we are successful, we will refund the full rental cost received less 20% and any nominal administration costs that may be made by our agent. If unsuccessful, we regret that we are then unable to offer a refund.
